We are reimagining public health services to make them accessible to everyone.
There are gaps in our current approach to both Population & Public Health, leaving historically marginalized populations at risk.
Wellness Equity Alliance (WEA) is changing that.
Anemic Public Health Systems
Traditionally underfunded public health and associated government agencies are now seeing an explosion of Public Health dollars but lack the political capital and/or operational capacity to deliver augmented care to historically marginalized communities causing health disparities to widen.
Inequitable Population Health Systems
Social determinants of health (SDoH) adversely impact health outcomes for historically marginalized populations and negatively impact health systems' bottom line. Government agencies will start requiring or incentivizing these systems to address these SDoH.
There is a Population &
Public Health Crisis
WEA Has A Solution.
-
WEA reimagines the future of Public Health, where Public Health services are offered by scaling equity-centric clinical operations, providing novel Public Healthcare delivery models tailored to the needs of historically marginalized communities, and bridging gaps in healthcare access through collaborative, community-driven solutions. By prioritizing inclusivity and cultural competence, WEA empowers communities to actively engage in and shape their healthcare experiences for lasting impact.
-
Our Population & Public Health systems experts apply the Triple Aim: Improving the patient experience of care (including quality and satisfaction); Improving the health of populations and reducing the per capita cost of health care. WEA utilizes the Triple Aim to advise health systems navigating new requirements to address the SDoH — enhancing revenue while achieving systems-level health equity goals.
