Harrison Lobdell IV, MD, MPH, FAAEM is a physician-entrepreneur and the Cofounder and former Chief Medical Officer the Wellness and Equity Alliance,  a public health start-up that grew from 2 to 70+ personnel and secured over $2 million in contracts in its first 12 months of operation with zero outside capital. WEA is focused on augmenting public health departments’ capacity to deliver targeted interventions to populations affected by the social determinants of health. WEA scales equity-focused public health clinical operations across the US and has a growing advisory practice with clients including public health departments, health coalitions, hospitals and health systems. 
Dr. Lobdell has a background in healthcare performance improvement consulting (The Advisory Board), with biotech companies (Flexion Therapeutics, Curative, Inc.) and is the former Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Curative Medical Associates, a 30+ member physician practice that delivered over 2 million COVID-19 vaccinations in 12 operating states over a 6 month period at the height of the pandemic. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and went on to complete his Master of Public Health with a focus in Molecular Epidemiology at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. He attended medical school at The George Washington University and completed his training in Emergency Medicine at Cook County Health. Dr. Lobdell is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.  Dr. Lobdell resides in Austin, TX where he practices Emergency Medicine.
